I provide a safe therapeutic space for you to explore life challenges and transitions. I work with individuals and couples who seek more fulfilling, connected relationships with friends, loved ones and self. I welcome adult clients (age 18+) of any race, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, marital status, or sexual orientation.

All your appointments will take place in a relaxed, soothing environment. A quiet, private space for exploration as we work toward your personal contentment.

My office is conveniently located near downtown Greensboro (free, off-street parking). But, if you can’t make it into the office, I’m happy to provide teletherapy.
